Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or playing Bus Blitz+ you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Free service

The Game is provided free of charge. It contains no paid items, subscriptions or advertisements. In-game coins and boosters have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.

3. Your conduct

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with scores or network traffic, use offensive or impersonating nicknames, overload our servers, or use the AI City Builder to create unlawful, hateful or sexual content. We may remove nicknames, scores or content and restrict access if these Terms are violated.

4. AI-generated content

District names, stories and level designs in AI City are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unexpected. They are provided for entertainment only. You are responsible for the prompts you submit.

5. Intellectual property

The Game, its code, artwork, sounds and trademarks belong to Project Team For You or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for non-commercial purposes.

6. Availability

We try to keep the Game available but may modify, suspend or discontinue features (including leaderboards and AI features) at any time. Offline play remains available where possible.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of progress. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts under applicable law.
